hey john, have them remove the discs and fuse it. don't let them just take out part of it and hope that it regerates. in your lower back you won't lose much motion so fuseing it isn't that big of a deal. my dad had L5 removed and was hunting in a week. my boss had a partial removal and she is still in mad pain.

Hoping that you like blogspot, I tend not to go to other blogging sites, for they are not as easy to keep track of your subscriptions as Xanga is and I already have a huge bookmark list.

i just figured this thing out again. i had forgotten my password and everything. now its super wierd... i have to learn how to use it again. i tried finding you on myspace along with samantha and everyone else. but i had no luck.... how are you??? i miss everyone so much and was so sad that i couldnt find you. then i tried this thing once again.....

@xjm716 - things are alright, i miss everyone out there. i havent seen my sister in like 2 years its a drag. but im trying my best to get another job so i can go back out there. and i really want to see everyone from eastview too.
i talk to my sister all the time. she told me that her nor my family go to church anymore. Neither do i but i promise im not up to anything bad. I actually feel like im doing much better. Im so much happier with my life. You would never believe the things that my dads wife tells my sister. Im really amazed.
i dont know i havent found a church that is like eastview. i was looking for a while then i just gave up. i think about you guys all the time. Im sad to say that i dont know what to believe anymore. I dont do anything that has to do with God. Im so ashamed to say it, but its true. I feel good about myself but i know and think about it everyday. There is someone missing...
anyways enough about me.... How are you?? How is your family??? i miss everyone so much. Im trying to convince my grandma and my mom to buy me a round trip ticket out there for my birthday. but we will see!!!
